August Book Wrap: Celebrating Books by Black Women Authors
August may be coming to an end, but we’re still celebrating the stories that found their way onto our shelves this month.
Throughout August, we highlighted three books by Black women authors—each with its own story, perspective, and reason to be on your reading list.
And while we would have loved to feature even more books this month, there’s one important thing to remember:
We can only feature books that are submitted to us.
If you’re a Black woman author with a book that came out in August—or you have a book coming out in September—we want to know about it!
Submitting your book gives us the opportunity to introduce your work to our community, add your story to the conversation, and help more readers discover what you’ve created.
So, authors, don’t be shy. Send us your books. Email us at authors@warmpgs.com with the following info:

- Author name
- Cover
- Short synopsis
- Social media handles
- Purchase Links
- Release date
And readers, keep showing up for these authors. Add their books to your TBR. Share their posts. Recommend their stories to a friend. Buy their books when you can.
Every share, every purchase, every recommendation helps a story travel a little farther.
