"Don't let the sun set on you in Liberty!" The day the sign was knocked down was the day the trajectory of Clyde and Jason's friendship would change forever. It was also the day that would write Tenn’s future.

Clyde Boyd has the bright idea to rebrand the reputation and appearance of Liberty. Historically, it’s an active sundown town but the fun has been slow for the KKK. Clyde convinces everyone that a rebrand would bring in more unsuspecting victims.

Jason Baker is the voice of reason. He is concerned about how Clyde’s idea affects the town. Will luring people into the trap of Liberty cause more trouble than it’s worth?

Tennessee “Tenn” Watson is a husband, father, and proud member of the Army. He’s given his country 25 years and is ready to retire. His plan? Move to a new state for a fresh start; preferably a farmhouse with a little bit of land.

When Clyde becomes mayor and Jason becomes sheriff of Liberty, the childhood friends continue to grow further apart. Clyde’s bloodthirst starts to worry Jason as Clyde ups the ante and puts one of his family’s properties on the market; a farmhouse.
